A hidden gem located right between Orlando and Tampa, tucked away in downtown Polk City, FL.
The Serendipity Space has come a long way from its original state to what it is today. After 1 year of re-zoning negotiations with the city and 3 years of re-design and rehab, we are happy and excited to offer our space to couples to celebrate their special day with us!
The venue is an open pole barn location sitting on over 2 acres. The space is styled modern chic with an urban twist in a country setting. Couples may have their ceremony out on our spacious back lawn and then celebrate with family and friends up in our reception barn.
The Serendipity Space is an excellent choice for intimate receptions for up to 100 guests. Being an open, blank canvas, you may transform the space to any theme you desire. The venue is decorated with market string lights, large sun shades and creative artwork with positive affirmations. Our cozy lounge furniture is modern and stylish. Dance floor lighting as well as uplights are available if desired. Three extra large celling fans along with an extra large drum fan help keep our space cool in the summer months.
We specialize in custom weddings and have a variety of resources such as event planners and coordinators along with pro industry vendors ready to help you bring your vision to life. The Serendipity Space is also home to G Clef Productions DJ Entertainment, booking the top wedding and event DJs. With literally thousands of weddings under our belt, we are ready to party with you and your guests!
Although weddings are our fave, we also host events such as birthdays, quinces, showers and mitzvahs. Also included are fun interactive meetups to include speed dating and trivia night.

Monday through Thursday rates start at $200 per hour.
Friday and Sunday rates start at $250 per hour.
